Blue Energy Solar installs solar and battery systems across Sydney and the surrounding region every week. We are looking for licensed electrical installers who want to take on that work, and for trainees who want to learn the trade properly on real installations rather than in a classroom.
If you hold a current electrical licence and you want a steady flow of solar and battery installations, tell us what you hold, how long you have been installing, and which parts of Sydney you cover. We work with premium equipment and we do not cut corners on workmanship, so the work suits installers who would rather do a job once and properly.
Our own registrations, licences, industry accreditation and insurance are published in full, with links to the public records, on our certifications and registrations page. You should be able to check who you are dealing with before you commit to anything, and so should we.
If you are starting out, say so plainly. We take on trainees alongside experienced installers, on real jobs, and what matters at the start is whether you turn up, whether you listen on a roof, and whether you are careful with someone else's house. Previous solar experience is not required.
Send us four things and we will come back to you: your name and a phone number, the licence or qualification you hold if you hold one, roughly how much installation work you have done, and the suburbs you can reach. If you are applying as a trainee, say that instead of the licence.
Use our contact page and put Installer application or Trainee application as the subject, so it reaches the right person rather than the sales queue.
